I called true North garage door company to get another opinion about continued repairs to my garage door that another company had started.  Devin arrived ahead of schedule but had kept me apprised of when he would be at my house. Devin was personable, knowledgeable, and experienced.  He gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done.  Prices were reasonable too.



I wish I had called this company first before doing any repairs to my garage. I have learned my lesson! If you need garage repairs make sure to call this company FIRST!  If I have any more problems with my garage door, I will call this company first!

Devin The owner came out and serviced my garage door and the opener. He had it fixed within a matter of minutes he went out of his way to lube

the door itself. He added an extra screw to the garage door holder to make it solid. He was pleasant very knowledgeable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Very nice young man

Had an excellent experience with True North Garage Door Service. We put in a Choice Home Warranty (CHW) claim when our two car garage spring broke and after calling CHW to decline the first garage door company because of their horrible reviews and complaints, we were thankfully picked up by Devin with True North Garage Door Service. Devin was very helpful. He came out and saw my problem as the garage door would take about 8 or more clicks on my remote opener to get the door to completely open or close. I'm in a rental unit that I've lived in for 10 years and only needed a minor repair 3 or 4 years ago with another company. This time, Devin came out and saw my problem and how old the opener was (at least 20 years old), so he recommended that a unit that old should be replaced. I agreed and with the great quote, Devin left and brought back a replacement in 20 minutes or so and quickly replaced the opener along with all the new parts. It was all installed and working great !!! It's wonderful having a truly working garage door now. Thanks so much, Devin.
